Know where you're headed
Hotel shuttle buses load at BNA Terminal Garage 2, in the Hotel Shuttle Buses loading zone, Zone D1. Collect your bags first, then follow the ground-transportation signs toward the garage.
If your hotel offers a WOOSH shuttle, the pickup link from your hotel or confirmation message lets the driver know when you've landed and when you're at Zone D1.
Make the handoff easy
Keep your phone on and your confirmation handy. Tell the driver your name and hotel, and share your passenger and bag count if it has changed since you booked.
Flights land early and late. Update your status through your tracking link rather than waiting at the curb.
