This policy explains what information the WOOSH driver app collects and how Tennessee Transport Services, Inc., operating under the WOOSH brand as Luxury Transport Services ("WOOSH") uses it.
Information we collect
Account details held by WOOSH about you: name, role, phone, email, driver licence details (number, class, state, expiry, image) and profile photo, as provided by you or by WOOSH management.
While tracking is on: your vehicle's live GPS location, speed, heading and the time of each update, the vehicle you are driving and your shift times.
Activity in the App: jobs you accept, status changes (started, arrived, on board, completed, no-show), issue reports and the device token that keeps you signed in. Your PIN is stored only as a secure hash.
How we use it
To assign and run trips, show dispatch where vehicles are, calculate arrival times, notify passengers and hotels, keep records for safety, payroll and billing, check licence and insurance expiry, and investigate incidents.
Who can see it
WOOSH dispatch and administrators. Passengers on your trip see your first name, photo (if set), vehicle details and the vehicle's live position. Hotels see the status of their own guests' trips. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the service, including cloud hosting and database (Supabase), mapping (Google Maps) and messaging (email and, where enabled, text delivery). They process data only on our instructions.
Location is not collected in the background
The App shares location only while the App page is open and tracking is switched on. You can stop tracking at any time from the App.
How long we keep it
Detailed location points are kept for a limited operational period and then summarised or deleted. Trip, shift and incident records are kept as long as needed for payroll, tax, insurance and legal purposes.
Your choices and deleting your data
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. To request deletion of your driver account and personal data, use our Delete my account page (/delete-account) or email us. When we delete, we remove or anonymise your personal details, revoke your driver link and keep only records we are legally required or permitted to retain, without identifying you.
Security and children
We use access controls, encryption in transit and role-based permissions. No system is perfectly secure. The App is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above (last updated October 22, 2026).
