These terms govern your use of the WOOSH driver app and driver web page ("the App"), provided by Tennessee Transport Services, Inc., operating under the WOOSH brand as Luxury Transport Services ("WOOSH"). By using the App you agree to them.
Who may use the App
The App is only for drivers and staff authorised by WOOSH. Your driver link and 4-digit PIN are personal to you. Do not share them. You are responsible for activity under your link and PIN, and you must tell dispatch straight away if they are lost or misused.
Live location during your shift
While you are on shift and tracking is switched on, the App sends your vehicle's location to WOOSH. Dispatch uses it to assign pickups, estimate arrival times and keep passengers and hotels informed. Passengers on your trip can see your vehicle's live position. You can stop tracking at the end of your shift; WOOSH expects tracking to stay on during runs and pickups.
Safe and lawful driving
Never use the App while the vehicle is moving. Use it only when parked or when a passenger or colleague is operating it. You must hold a valid licence, keep the vehicle roadworthy and follow all traffic laws and WOOSH safety policies. Nothing in the App overrides your duty to drive safely.
Accurate status updates
Use the buttons honestly (start, arrived, on board, completed, no-show). Updates may notify passengers and hotels and may be used for payroll, billing and safety review. Dispatch may correct a status if it is wrong.
Passenger information
You will see passenger names, phone numbers, room numbers and notes only to do your job. Do not copy, share or use them for any other purpose, during or after your time with WOOSH.
Availability and changes
The App is provided as is and may be unavailable, for example when there is no signal. WOOSH may change, suspend or end your access at any time. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Liability and governing law
To the extent allowed by law, WOOSH is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
