These terms apply when you book, track or manage a ride with WOOSH, including the WOOSH passenger app and tracking pages ("the App"), provided by Tennessee Transport Services, Inc., operating under the WOOSH brand as Luxury Transport Services ("WOOSH").
Our services
WOOSH provides complimentary airport shuttle rides for guests of partner hotels near Nashville International Airport (BNA), and paid private rides booked directly. The complimentary shuttle is provided in connection with your hotel and may be limited by seats, hours and availability. Pickup for arrivals is at BNA Terminal Garage 2, Hotel Shuttle Buses loading zone, Zone D1.
Your booking
Give accurate names, phone numbers, passenger and bag counts and flight details. Keep your tracking code private; anyone who has it can view your ride status. Please be at the pickup point on time. If you do not arrive within the waiting period, the ride may be marked as a no-show.
Payments and cancellations
Private rides are paid by card through our payment provider; WOOSH does not store your full card number. The complimentary hotel shuttle has no charge to you. Cancellation terms for paid rides are in our Cancellation Policy (/cancellation-policy).
Sharing your live location (optional)
You can choose to share your live location with your driver and WOOSH dispatch to help them find you. It is off by default, only works while the App page is open, and you can stop at any time. Stopping deletes your stored location.
Conduct and safety
Treat drivers and other passengers with respect, wear seat belts, keep luggage secured and follow driver instructions. Drivers may refuse or end a ride for unsafe or abusive behaviour, or damage to the vehicle.
Messages
We may send confirmations, reminders and status updates about your ride by email (and text where enabled). Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
Liability and governing law
Estimated arrival times are estimates only. To the extent allowed by law, WOOSH is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed flights, arising from delays. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
